Tens of Thousands Buried in China Earthquake

Dear Friends,

I am writing to you from China. Upon landing in Beijing on Monday and learning of the earthquake in Sichuan we contacted the American Rescue Team, a highly experienced international team of volunteer rescue experts to mobilize as soon as possible. Many members of this team saved lives at Ground Zero. All are heroes and have worked on major disasters around the world. ATI made arrangements to have 20 skilled rescue experts on the ground this week in the most devastated areas focusing on supporting the efforts of the Chinese government to save the lives of as many children as possible. These children have literally been buried alive. Several members of the rescue team are already on the ground and the rest are in transit. I plan to join them at a rescue site on Saturday.

We need your help to assist in the rescue efforts. If any money is left over we plan to help rebuild one of the schools in the poorest, hardest hit area. The Noel Foundation is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, which will facilitate the funding and provide you with a tax deductible donation.
